Michael McGuire, PE, LEED AP

Mike McGuire is a Mechanical Engineer with more than 30 years of experience. Now President of AME, he has served as Project Manager and Engineer of Record for various clients, specializing in complex projects. Mike’s responsibilities include managing the preparation of specifications, plans, design calculations, and project schedules. He has designed new and renovation projects for both public and private clients, including many government agencies.

As a LEED Accredited Professional, Mike has a passion for energy efficiency and sustainable design, and is well versed in the EnergyStar concept, often times assisting client agencies as the mechanical engineering sustainable expert. Consistently recognized for his quality of work, and personal and business values, Mike brings a great balance of experience and creativity to his projects. His thoroughness and willingness to stick his head in a ceiling to document existing conditions is not a quality you find in every firm president.
